In cases of personnel reductions due to the closure of factories or sales offices, we support smooth procedures that consider legal validity and the appropriateness of personnel selection, while taking into account the obligation to make efforts to avoid dismissal.
Creating a fulfilling work environment: We support the creation of a safe and secure work environment through the implementation of self-directed work reform workshops and the establishment of a general consultation desk, contributing to the revitalisation of the entire organisation.
